Impact Kuac had been participating in practices as recently as this week as he continues to recover from season-ending leg surgery that took place last January. His presence in a low-stakes exhibition contest, even if in a limited capacity, suggests the injury shouldn't be an issue in advance of the Nov. 7 opener against Southern Utah. Kuac had been seeing 15-20 minutes off the game last season as a reserve and will ultimately look to regain that level of contribution.
