Taryn Todd - Playing time decreasing Todd (undisclosed) did not take the court in Saturday's 71-63 loss to Boise State. Impact Todd started the first 13 games of the season for the Lobos before coming off the bench in the last three, but it's not perfectly clear why the TCU transfer has seen a sudden minutes reduction. No word of an injury has surfaced yet, but according to the postgame notebook from Geoff Grammer of the Albuquerque Journal, coach Richard Pitino did specify that "its not an attitude thing." Instead, Pitino intends to give K.J. Jenkins a longer look at small forward. While Jenkins didn't start, either, he ended up as the Lobos' second-leading scorer with 15 points, including 4-of-7 from three-point range. Todd, on the other hand, had been struggling from distance this year, shooting just 23.5 percent from beyond the arc after logging a 38.3 percent mark with the Horned Frogs last season.
