Jack Clark - Ramping up significantly Clark recorded 15 points (7-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt), nine rebounds, one assist and two steals in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 75-72 loss to Syracuse.
Impact Clark came off the bench in what was his second game back since returning from a hip injury, but he saw a starter's workload, compared to just four minutes for starting power forward Greg Gantt. Given this level of activity and production, it wouldn't be surprising to see Clark back in the starting five in short order. He did start the first 15 games of the season for the Wolfpack, averaging 9.1 points and 7.3 rebounds across 28.3 minutes during that stretch.

D.J. Burns - Scores 15, fouls out Burns fouled out of Tuesday's 75-72 loss to Syracuse after recording 15 points (7-10 FG, 1-3 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one block across 24 minutes.
Impact Burns has been on an absolute tear since the start of the new year, and the big man has scored in double digits in all but one game since the beginning of January while averaging 16.2 points per game in that span. He's doing more than just scoring, though, as he's also putting up 5.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and a combined 1.7 steals/blocks per game during that 12-game stretch.

Terquavion Smith - Needs 16 shots to score 14 points Smith recorded 14 points (5-16 FG, 4-12 3Pt), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal across 38 minutes during Tuesday's 75-72 loss to Syracuse.
Impact Smith has struggled a lot with his field goal percentages this season, but he's still among the top scorers in the ACC. Fantasy managers will probably be okay with the fact that he's shooting a meager 36.5 percent from the field since the start of February, especially considering he's also averaging 17.4 points and 3.4 three-pointers made in that span.

Jarkel Joiner - Logs triple-double in defeat Joiner had 15 points (6-17 FG, 3-9 3Pt), 10 rebounds, 11 assists and three steals across 38 minutes during Tuesday's 75-72 loss to Syracuse.
Impact Joiner is a capable three-pointer shooter worth targeting against the Syracuse zone, as he's currently posting the second-best three-point percentage of his career (34.6). It was the ancillary production that led the fifth-year senior to fantasy dominance Tuesday, however, as this outing was the first time all season that Joiner has recorded double figures in rebounds, as well as assists. The assists were a career-high mark, while he hadn't logged double-digit boards since his first two collegiate seasons at CSU-Bakersfield. With Joiner's steady production, the Wolfpack have accumulated a 10-6 mark in ACC play and appear to be in a favorable spot with respect to NCAA Tournament qualification.

Jarkel Joiner - Excellent against Boston College Joiner totaled 26 points (10-17 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, six assists and five steals across 36 minutes during Saturday's 92-62 win over Boston College.
Impact Joiner was coming off two straight games with five points, but he bounced back admirably while also putting up strong numbers in other categories, highlighted by a season-high mark in steals. Joiner can have poor games from time to time, but he is still one of the top performers for NC State. He's averaging 16.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game since the start of January.

Dusan Mahorcic - Questionable to return this season Mahorcic (kneecap) is questionable to return during North Carolina State's 2022-23 season, Cory Smith of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact North Carolina State's head coach Kevin Keatts said Mahorcic's return chances are "50-50 at this moment" when asked about the injured Serbian during his recent press conference. There is a chance D.J. Burns will finish NC State's 2022-23 season as its starting center, with Ebenezer Dowuona logging backup minutes. Even if Mahorcic returns, he will not have much time to smoothly transition back into the Wolfpack's starting role, especially after how well Burns has been playing.
