Terquavion Smith - Exits after scary injury Smith will not return to Saturday's game against North Carolina after he sustained a neck and elbow injury.
Impact Smith appeared to be in significant pain after he went down with an injury while being fouled on a layup attempt, according to Brendan Marks of The Athletic. The sophomore was then attended to by members of NC State's medical staff before he was stretchered off the court, per Rivals.com.
