Impact Thompson suffered an apparent left leg injury in the first half of Thursday's loss against the Bonnies and played just one minute in the second half before exiting the game for good. The 6-6 senior finished with seven points (2-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and two assists in 16 minutes. The extent of his injury is currently unknown, as we'll await a further update on his status from head coach Mike Boynton once an update is able to be given. John-Michael Wright is the leading candidate to re-enter the starting lineup with Thompson presumably out for Friday's action against the loser of the Notre Dame-Auburn game.

Eric Dailey - Records six rebounds Dailey logged nine points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one steal across his 26 minutes during Oklahoma State's 85-70 win Sunday against Sam Houston.

Impact At 6-foot-8 and 230 pounds, Dailey should have no problem logging rebounds, especially considering Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton is expected to use the freshman as a small-ball center for much across their newest season. Both worked well together with Team USA at the FIBA U18 Americans and FIBA U19 World Cup. Boynton has rewarded Dailey with significant opportunities early, and they are likely to be more normal than not despite his current college inexperience.
