Bryce Hopkins - Moderately contained Hopkins produced 13 points (5-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one block over 36 minutes during Sunday's 70-65 win over Villanova.

Impact Hopkins was held under 16 points for the first time across Providence's last five contests, as strong Villanova defense limited fouls on the mismatch forward. Even when he doesn't boom, Hopkins gravity is pivotal to the Friars' success. He's among the front of the pack for Big East POTY honors.

Impact Despite being part of Providence's bench and the expectation that he would be limited, Bynum was the Friars' best scorer as they defeated a rejuvenated Villanova team that just got Justin Moore (Achilles) back from a long-term Achilles injury. Sooner than later, Bynum is expected to be part of Providence's starting lineup again after his gradual "minute restriction" evaporates.

Impact Bynum returned to action Wednesday against Butler but was limited to just 11 minutes following a four-game absence due to an abdominal injury. He suited up for practice Friday and could see a slight bump in playing time against the Wildcats, but the team will continue to monitor his workload Sunday.
