Game-high 23 points in win Nembhard had a game-high 23 points (9-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT) and added eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, and a block in the win over Northwestern State on Thursday.

Impact Nembhard bounced back in a big way after struggling offensively against Tulsa and Liberty. He is still only shooting 16 percent from three-point range, but that will improve as the season goes on. Nembhard will have to get adjusted to being the unquestioned go-to-guy every night with Desmond Bane now out of the fold. TCU will take on Oklahoma on Sunday next.

Impact LeDee missed the Horned Frogs' first three games of the year for an undisclosed reason, but it appears as though he'll return to the court Thursday. The junior came solely off the bench last season but could see an increased role for the team during the 2020-21 campaign.

Impact Samuel will eventually get some frontcourt relief upon the return of Ohio State transfer Jaedon LeDee (undisclosed), but that exact date remains a mystery. Until then, the 6-11 center will likely see all the minutes he can handle as long as he's able to avoid foul trouble. He's recorded double-digit rebounds and at least a pair of blocks in both games this season, helping the Horned Frogs jump out to a 2-0 start.
