Impact Bassey and the Hilltoppers had a chance to solidify their shot at an at-large NCAA Tournament bid Sunday against Houston, but the team ultimately fell by a whopping 24 points. It was arguably Bassey's worst performance of the season, as he was held to single digits for the first time all year against Houston's stout interior defense. The junior center has since gone back to feasting on sub-par competition, scoring back-to-back double-doubles against the Panthers.
