Ben Finley - Won't return Saturday Finley will miss the remainder of Saturday's game against Ohio State due to a ribs injury, SB Nation reports.

Impact Finley and Tahj Bullock split reps under center, and were even on the field at the same time, during Saturday's contest. Unfortunately, Finley has gotten banged up along the way and won't be able to rejoin the action. The extent of his injury may become more evident over the next week.

Tahj Bullock - Gets starting nod Bullock is serving as Akron's starting quarterback during Saturday's matchup versus Ohio State.

Impact Bullock ended up getting the start Saturday despite Ben Finley being named the QB1 earlier this month. Last season, Bullock threw for 271 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions but completed just 48 percent of his passes during his limited playing time last season.

Impact Finley was initially announced as the Zips starter, but Bullock ultimately began the game under center. It remains to be seen if the two quarterbacks will split time moving forward. The 6-foot-3 Finley threw for 572 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions in six games with Cal last year before joining Akron in the offseason.
