Impact Even with a string of bad performances lately, Colandrea remains the Cavaliers' preferred quarterback under center going into their upcoming game. Weeks 4 to 8 saw a nice run in which he completed 69 passes for 748 yards and six touchdowns without any interceptions. The script flipped in Week 9, resulting in a three-performance span with only one touchdown and seven interceptions.

Impact Colandrea couldn't take care of the football against the Tar Heels, nor could he author a win. The quarterback has now thrown for under 160 yards in two straight performances. He was ultimately replaced by Tony Muskett, who played slightly better and threw a touchdown. It's safe to assume Colandrea's job is far from safe at this point.

His rushing output was a bright spot, and if he can continue to be a dual threat, he could be a playable fantasy quarterback depending on the opponent moving forward.

Impact Colandrea's stat-line won't exactly jump off the page, but it was just enough for the Cavaliers to take down Boston College. The true sophomore has put up bigger numbers this season, and his efficiency wasn't quite there against the Eagles. Still, he's orchestrating the offense fluently and protecting the football, with zero turnovers the past two weeks. Louisville is next up for Colandrea and Virginia.

The quarterback only accounted for 131 passing yards, but his rushing total helped his overall production and the Cavaliers didn't need a big day through the air to top Coastal Carolina.
