Omari Hayes - Scores in Saturday's lossHayes compiled four receptions (on seven targets) for 45 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-7 defeat against Army.
ImpactHayes led the team in targets and receiving yards, and caught the team's lone touchdown in Saturday's loss. He has seemingly established himself as Cam Fancher's favorite target which could be a lucrative position based on how much the team has thrown the ball through two games.

CJ Campbell Jr. - Struggles as lead backCampbell Jr. compiled eight carries for 20 yards and caught all three targets for 16 yards during Saturday's 24-7 loss versus Army.
ImpactCampbell once again led Owls' backs in touches, but once again failed to do much with those opportunities. He gained just 36 yards on 11 touches as the team focused on throwing the ball after falling down early. The early signs are pointing towards the team being down in games more often than not, which would limit Campbell's opportunities on the ground for the rest of the season.

Cam Fancher - Improves in Week 2 lossFancher completed 25 of 37 passes for 193 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 24-7 defeat against Army.
ImpactAlthough Fancher did not have a great performance, it was a clear improvement on his Week 1 outing. He completed over 67 percent of his passes and found Omari Hayes for an eight-yard touchdown late in the first half, the Owls' only points of the game. It's been a fairly rough start to the 2024 season for Fancher, but he will have to throw the ball early and often throughout the rest of the season so he has a chance to put up solid numbers.

Casey Reynolds - Catches TD SaturdayReynolds reeled in their only target for 44 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-7 win versus Florida Atlantic.
ImpactReynolds caught a wide-open 44-yard touchdown Saturday, Army's lone completion of the game. It marked the senior's first touchdown of his collegiate career. Although he has shown a knack for making big plays since the start of last season, Army's low volume passing attack makes it difficult for Reynolds to consistently produce.
