ImpactCampbell once again led Owls' backs in touches, but once again failed to do much with those opportunities. He gained just 36 yards on 11 touches as the team focused on throwing the ball after falling down early. The early signs are pointing towards the team being down in games more often than not, which would limit Campbell's opportunities on the ground for the rest of the season.

ImpactAlthough Fancher did not have a great performance, it was a clear improvement on his Week 1 outing. He completed over 67 percent of his passes and found Omari Hayes for an eight-yard touchdown late in the first half, the Owls' only points of the game. It's been a fairly rough start to the 2024 season for Fancher, but he will have to throw the ball early and often throughout the rest of the season so he has a chance to put up solid numbers.

ImpactReynolds caught a wide-open 44-yard touchdown Saturday, Army's lone completion of the game. It marked the senior's first touchdown of his collegiate career. Although he has shown a knack for making big plays since the start of last season, Army's low volume passing attack makes it difficult for Reynolds to consistently produce.
