Impact McWilliams sustained a head injury Week 2 against BYU, and he is not expected to make his return this Saturday against Oklahoma State. The 6-foot-1 junior has handled 18 carries for 67 yards, along with five receptions for 27 yards this season. If McWilliams is unable to suit up this week, freshman Richard Reese, who has totaled 315 rushing yards and six touchdowns this season, will likely continue to lead the Bears' backfield.

Impact Reese was the primary running back for the second game in a row as Taye McWilliams (concussion) was held out again. Meanwhile, Craig Williams had 10 carries for 36 yards and Qualan Jones had two carries for 10 yards. It appears that Baylor is ready to role with the true freshman in important conference games. It makes sense as he's racked up five touchdowns in his first four games of his young career. Reese and the Bears will welcome in Oklahoma State next week.
