Impact Earlier in 2024, Morton was expected to miss spring football but be available by July. It is July now, and the aforementioned timetable has come to fruition. Morton saw several specialists in late spring, when he began a recovery program that included throwing 75 balls every week. Now, the quarterback can throw whenever and however he wants, which is incredibly welcome news for a Tech program that benefited from his 182 completions for 1,754 yards and 15 touchdowns during 2023.
