Devin Boddie Jr. - Finds end zone in Week 2Boddie caught 2 of 3 targets for 34 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 17-13 loss to Idaho.

ImpactBoddie was the lone Wyoming receiver to log more than one reception, including a 20-yard touchdown grab in the first quarter. The senior appears to be Evan Svoboda's go-to target early in the season, though the Cowboys have struggled to get much going through the air as a team so far. Overall, Boddie has three receptions for 46 yards this season after posting six grabs for 48 yards in 2023.

DJ Jones - Leads backfield SaturdayJones logged 17 carries for 80 yards in Saturday's 17-13 loss to Idaho.

ImpactJones has 34 carries for 123 yards through his first two games with Wyoming after totaling 377 yards on 86 carries across three seasons with North Carolina. The senior has been the Cowboys' clear lead back in the absence of Harrison Waylee (knee). He could see an even larger role moving forward as Wyoming's passing offense continues to struggle.

Evan Svoboda - Another tough outingSvoboda was 10-for-24 passing for 126 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 17-13 loss to Idaho. He also had 14 rushes for 45 yards.

ImpactWhile Svoboda managed not to turn the ball over Saturday, the junior quarterback failed to get much going through the air in an eventual loss. Through two games, Svoboda's completed just 41 percent of his passes for 168 yards. While it's likely too soon to say the 6-foot-5 quarterback is at risk of losing the starting job, Jayden Clemons or Kaden Anderson could eventually get looks if Svoboda's struggles continue.

ImpactMcNeely will appear in a game for the first time since tearing his ACL last August. With Harrison Waylee (knee) out, McNeely could have a chance to see action behind DJ Jones and Jamari Ferrell.

ImpactGyllenborg missed Week 1, and he'll remain out in Week 2 for the Cowboys. This is a tough loss for Wyoming, as the tight end is an excellent receiver and one of quarterback Evan Svoboda's top options. Nick Miles figures to replace him at tight end this week.
