Shows up in big-time matchup Smith reeled in nine of 13 targets for 100 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 32-31 defeat versus Oregon. Impact Smith got to 100 receiving yards for the second time this season, and he continued his streak of catching at least one touchdown in every game so far this season. The 6-foot-3 true freshman also tallie double-digit targets for the first time in his career, as he and fifth-year senior Emeka Egbuka carried the passing game with 23 combined targets. Quarterback Will Howard also logged season-highs in completions (28), passing attempts (35) and passing yards (326). With the Buckeyes unlikely to be locked into as many true offensive shootouts moving forward, it's hard to imagine that Smith and Egbuka will both continue to see double-digit targets in the same game. Their next opportunity will come with a home game versus Nebraska in Week 8.
