Devin Leary - Dealing with eye issue Leary apparently got something in his eye in the fourth quarter that blurred up his vision and did not return to the game, Ryan Black of The Manhattan Mercury reports. Impact Leary reportedly was having trouble reading the play sheet late in the game and was held out for the remainder of the game with the Wildcats comfortably leading over Mississippi State. Head coach Mark Stoops noted that he was hopeful Leary would be fine next week against Alabama but his status will certainly be worth monitoring next week leading up to the game. Leary finished completing 13-of-22 passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns, which was his fourth straight game throwing for multiple scores.
