Impact Anthony missed all of last season while nursing an ankle injury, then transferred to Baylor in the offseason. The quarterback will serve as a backup behind Blake Shapen and Kyron Drones. Anthony played in nine games for Louisiana Tech in 2020, passing for 1,479 yards, 16 touchdowns and 5 interceptions.

Impact After two seasons at Louisiana Tech, Anthony has committed to Baylor where he will use his final season of college eligibility. The quarterback appeared in nine games in the 2020 season, completing 138 passes for 1479 yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions. Anthony suffered an ankle injury in the last game of this season which kept him out the entirety of 2021.

Impact Anthony doesn't appear to be taking part in camp in any way but is helping the quarterback room prepare for the start of the season. It is unclear exactly when or if he has a chance to play at some point in 2021, but it certainly appears the challengers to start Week 1 are now Austin Kendall, Aaron Allen and JD Head.

Impact Anthony suffered a gruesome ankle injury in December of 2020 that required surgery, and the team isn't yet sure of his status heading into camp. The program brought in quarterback Austin Kendall as a graduate transfer earlier in July, and he could be the favorite for the starting job if Anthony isn't fully healthy in time for the season opener.
