Darius Taylor - Productive outing in victory Taylor totaled 25 rushes for 144 yards and reeled in all five targets for 56 yards during Saturday's 24-17 victory over USC.
Impact Taylor ran for a season-high 144 yards on the day, leading the Minnesota offense to an upset victory over USC. The dynamic sophomore's 56 receiving yards also marked a season-high, and though he failed to find the end zone on the day, his offensive contributions led the Golden Gophers to victory in a statement win for the Minnesota program for the 2024 season. Saturday marked just the second time Taylor has crossed the century mark on the ground this season, and he will look to keep the positive momentum going when the Golden Gophers travel to face UCLA this coming Saturday.

Max Brosmer - Trio of touchdowns on ground in win Brosmer completed 15 of 19 passes for 169 yards during Saturday's 24-17 victory against USC. He also had seven rushes for 14 yards with three touchdowns.
Impact Brosmer found the end zone on a trio of touchdown runs against the Trojans, including five and one-yard touchdown scampers in the fourth quarter to give the Golden Gophers the lead. The senior quarterback has had a decent start to his D-I career, throwing for 1,263 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions through the air while adding four rushing scores as well through the team's first six games. Brosmer and the Minnesota offense will travel to Los Angeles to face UCLA on Saturday.
