Out indefinitely Wake Forest announced Wednesday that Hartman is out indefinitely with a non-football-related medical condition, Les Johns of 247Sports.com reports. Impact Hartman went for medical evaluation Tuesday and after further testing, it was determined that he would be away from football activities indefinitely. The Demon Deacons haven't established a timetable for Hartman's return. Hartman was set to take back over as the starting quarterback for the Demon Deacons after throwing for 4,222 yards and 39 touchdowns in 2021 while adding 11 scores on the ground.
