Logs two TDs and one interception Green finished Saturday's 40-20 win over Fresno State going 10-for-18 and passing for 127 yards, two touchdowns and one interception while rushing for 22 yards.

Impact Green made his second-career start against Fresno State, but he did not look like a rookie in his performance. The freshman improved his passing accuracy from 50.0 in the game prior to 55.6 while also throwing his first-career touchdowns. One of his downsides, however, is that Green has now thrown an interception in each of the three games he has appeared in.

First career start Green went 5-for-10 and threw for 48 yards and one interception while rushing for 105 yards and two touchdowns Friday as the Broncos defeated the Aztecs 35-13.

Impact Following the departure of Boise State's starting quarterback, Hank Bachmeier, Green was called upon to start against San Diego State. After a rocky first quarter, Green was pulled in the second quarter and replaced by Sam Vidlak before returning in the second half. He looked much improved and ended up rushing for 105 yards and two touchdowns.

Will start Friday Coach Andy Avalos announced Tuesday that Green will start Friday's game against San Diego State, B.J. Rains of the Idaho Press-Tribune reports.

Impact Green will replace Hank Bachmeier, who left the team following the loss to UTEP. Green has only seen sizable action in one game during his first two years at Boise State, but he showed off a dual-threat ability by completing 67.9 percent of his passes and rushing for over 100 yards.
