Commits to Texas Tech Carter has announced his commitment to Texas Tech for the 2025 season, Rivals.com reports.

Impact Carter was among the best tight ends in college football in the 2024 season, and he's expected to play a prominent role in the Red Raiders' offense for 2025. He made 48 receptions for 689 yards and four touchdowns as a sophomore.
