Justin Ibieta - Suffers season-ending injury Head coach Willie Fritz said Ibieta is expected to miss the rest of the 2022 campaign with a torn labrum, Guerry Smith of The New Orleans Advocate reports. Impact Ibieta has now torn a labrum for a second consecutive year, and he will miss the remainder of the season while recovering from surgery. The 6-foot-5 quarterback filled in for starter Michael Pratt (shoulder) during the team's Week 5 matchup against Houston, but he exited the contest early after he completed all five of his passing attempts for 57 yards. While Pratt appears like he'll play through his shoulder issue, Kai Horton is in line to serve as the team's immediate backup pass-thrower moving forward.
