Perris Jones - Returning to UVA Jones (ankle) will return to Virginia for the 2023 season, Sports Illustrated reports.

Impact The rising fifth-year senior was injured to end the 2022 season but will be back with the Cavaliers for 2023. Despite the injury, Jones was Virginia's most productive running back with 361 yards and two touchdowns on 81 carries and he added a pair of receiving touchdowns on six catches. He figures to be in the mix for carries yet again this season.

Impact Hollins sat out a good part of Virginia's 2022-23 season to address an abdominal injury he suffered because of a shooting at Charlottesville back in November.
