Second place finish in Dubai Hojgaard finished in solo second place at the DP World Tour Championship following a one-under 71 in the final round. Impact Hojgaard came into the final round tied for the lead and was looking to make it a Hojgaard win at the DP World Tour Championship for the second straight year after his twin brother Nicolai got the job done last season. It just wasn't to be, as Rasmus made just two birdies, struggling most of the day with the putter. It still was a strong way to finish a great season for Hojgaard. A year ago at this event he was nipped right at the end from earning a PGA Tour card via the DP World Tour Top 10. In 2025 he was No. 1 on the eligibility list and will have full PGA Tour status for the 2025 season along with a place in two Signature Events and THE PLAYERS Championship. Hojgaard won the Irish Open along with ten other top-15 finishes in 2024. Watch out for him early in the U.S. in 2025.
