Solo second at British Masters Hojgaard closed with a one-under 70 in the final round of the Betfred British Masters to finish in solo second place. Impact The 19-year-old Dane did not disappoint in his first competitive start since the shutdown. He made 19 total birdies for the week against just four bogeys. Hojgaard moves up into eighth in the Race to Dubai and a career-high 131st in the OWGR. He still needs to develop the consistency, but Hojgaard no doubt has the firepower. In his last eight starts, he has a win, runner-up, and T6, but five missed cuts as well. Hojgaard is in the field for the Hero Open next week.
