Ivan Melendez - Activated off minor-league IL Melendez (hand) was activated off the injured list Thursday at High-A Hillsboro, Sam Dykstra of MiLB.com reports.
Impact Melendez began the year on the minor-league IL due to a sore left hand, but it was never a serious concern. A second-round pick by the Diamondbacks in the 2022 MLB Draft, the power-hitting 23-year-old corner infielder will jump from Low-A to High-A to kick off his first full professional season.
