Drey Jameson - Thriving in bullpen Jameson (2-0) allowed one walk while striking out one over 2.1 scoreless relief innings to pick up the win in Friday's 6-3 victory over the Dodgers.

Impact Jameson, who lost out on the fifth starter job in spring training, has thrived as a reliever. In three appearances, the right-hander has earned two wins and save while never pitching fewer than two innings. Arizona manager Torey Lovullo appears to have made a shrewd decision in moving him to the 'pen in a multi-inning role instead of having him start in the minors. The dark lining to this silver cloud are the two home runs and five walks allowed along with a .158 BABIP, which project a 6.23 FIP. Fortunately for Jameson, both homers were solo shots and the free passes have not hurt.

Miguel Castro - Records first hold Castro walked one and struck out one over 1.1 scoreless innings to earn his first hold in Friday's 6-3 comeback win over the Dodgers.

Impact Longoria continues to rake in the early part of the season, and the veteran tied the game at 3-3 with a solo blast off Clayton Kershaw in the sixth. In his first year with the Diamondbacks the third baseman has gone deep twice over his first five contests while slashing an impressive .427/.467/1.000 in 14 at-bats.

The left-hander struggled to throw strikes throughout the contest with just 52-of-103 pitches landing in the strike zone. It is worth mentioning that he felt arm fatigue in his previous outing, so it's possible that was a factor in his poor control.
