ImpactThe second baseman missed over a month with a left hamstring strain, and he wasn't able to shake off the rust in his first game back. Hoerner has a .321/.386/.410 slash line with nine RBI, nine runs scored and three stolen bases through 88 plate appearances. He is likely to resume an everyday role at second base, although Eric Sogard or Ian Happ could challenge him for playing time if he struggles.

ImpactAfter stringing together eight wins in eight starts from May 16 to June 22, Hendricks has taken no-decisions in his last two outings.
