David Bednar - Picks up seventh saveBednar tossed a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in Sunday's win over the Reds.

ImpactBednar failed to record a strikeout during an appearance for the first time this year during Sunday's outing, but he still picked up his fifth save in his last six appearances. The right-hander has converted all seven of his save chances while posting a 1.00 ERA, 25:3 K:BB and 0.61 WHIP in 18 innings over 15 appearances this season. Chris Stratton has also taken on some ninth-inning duties early in the season, but Bednar appears to be the current favorite for save chances.

José Quintana - Throws seven scoreless inningsQuintana allowed three hits and a walk while striking out five in seven scoreless innings during Sunday's win over the Reds. He didn't factor into the decision.

ImpactNeither team was able to generate much offensive production during Sunday's matchup, so Quintana was forced to settle for the no-decision. The southpaw has now posted a 1.17 ERA in 23 innings over his last four starts, but he's earned just one win during that time. He tentatively lines up to make his next start at home against the Cardinals on Saturday.

Hunter Greene - Logs 7.1 no-hit frames, takes lossGreene (1-6) allowed a run on no hits and five walks while striking out nine in 7.1 innings to take the loss Sunday against the Pirates.

ImpactGreene and Art Warren combined to throw a no-hitter during Sunday's matchup, but the pair walked the bases loaded in the bottom of the eighth inning before Pittsburgh scored on a groundout. As a result, the Reds became the sixth team in MLB history to lose while throwing a no-hitter. However, it was encouraging to see Greene bounce back after he had posted a 10.22 ERA and 2.27 WHIP in 12.1 innings over his last three starts. The righty will attempt to remain effective in his next start, when he tentatively lines up to face Toronto on the road Saturday.
