Yoshi Tsutsugo - Collects double SundayTsutsugo went 1-for-4 with a double in Sunday's 6-3 loss to the Reds.
ImpactHe hit just .220 (13-for-59) with one homer and 4:18 BB:K since Sept. 16. Tsutsugo, an impending free agent, did belt seven homers in his first 80 plate appearances with Pittsburgh after failed stints for both Tampa Bay and the Dodgers in 2021. Overall, the 29-year-old slashed .268/.347/.535 in 144 plate appearances for the Bucs and could factor into the team's plans, especially if the National League adopts the designated hitter rule in 2022.
