Impact Tatis started the scoring with a two-run home run off Tyler Gilbert in the first inning. In addition, he doubled in the ninth inning, driving in Manny Machado to add a two-run cushion. The 22-year-old is batting just .167 over his past 10 games. On the season, he is slashing .282/.364/.640 with 36 long balls, 81 RBI, 87 runs and 24 steals over 426 plate appearances. No other player has the elite power/speed combination the Tatis has shown this year.
