Tyler Anderson - Now heading to SeattleThe Mariners reached an agreement to acquire Anderson from the Pirates on Tuesday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
ImpactThe left-hander appeared to be on his way to Philadelphia when an agreement was reached earlier in the day, but the trade fell through due to the medicals of one of the return players. Pittsburgh didn't take long to find a new trade partner and new team for Anderson. The Pirates will receive two prospects from the Mariners, catcher Carter Bins and pitcher Joaquin Tejada.
