Gavin Lux - Socks triple in winLux went 1-for-3 with a two-RBI triple and a run scored in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Reds. He also drew a walk.
ImpactLux came through with the big hit for the Dodgers on Saturday, mashing a two-RBI triple off Sonny Gray that got Los Angeles on the board in the fifth inning. After missing Friday's game with a forearm injury thanks to being beaned by the pitching machine, it looks like Lux is feeling A-OK.

Kenley Jansen - Picks up 34th saveJansen struck out the only batter he faced and recorded his 34th save in the Dodgers' 5-1 win over the Reds on Saturday.
ImpactJansen inherited a two-on, two-out situation Saturday and got Eugenio Suarez swinging to secure the victory for the Dodgers. The right-hander has now gone 14 appearances and 13.1 innings without allowing an earned run and has a K:BB of 16:3 over that span.

Max Scherzer - Fires two-hit gemScherzer (15-4) allowed just two hits and two walks with seven strikeouts over seven shutout innings, picking up the win in Saturday's 5-1 victory over the Reds.
ImpactScherzer was his normal confounding self Saturday, baffling the Reds to the tune of two hits and no runs. While the right-hander's streak of 25 innings without issuing a walk came to an end, the three-time Cy Young Award winner has now gone an astounding 37 innings without allowing an earned run. Scherzer also hasn't allowed a home run since Aug. 21 and hasn't been charged with a loss since May 30. Now might be a good time to remind you that he's doing all of this at the age of 37. Scherzer's next chance to further his incredible run should come Thursday against the Rockies.

Sonny Gray - Allows four runs in lossGray (7-8) allowed four runs on five hits and two walks with five strikeouts through six innings, taking the loss in Saturday's 5-1 defeat to the Dodgers.
ImpactGray allowed a Trea Turner infield single and nothing more through four innings but was touched up for three runs in the fifth and another in the sixth before getting the hook. After pitching to a 1.80 ERA over his previous five starts, it's safe to say Gray won't be too pleased with how this outing ended. He'll look to rebound in his next appearance, which is tentatively set to come Thursday against the Nationals.
