Impact Duggar knocked in Thairo Estrada in the sixth inning and then stole second. This was Duggar's second steal in as many games and his third theft in eight games this season. The outfielder has added four RBI, one run scored and three doubles, but he's slashing just .208/.259/.333 in 27 plate appearances while striking out 11 times.

Brandon Belt - Goes yard in win Belt went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Guardians.
Impact Belt gave the Giants some extra insurance when he homered off Guardians reliever Anthony Castro in the seventh inning. This was Belt's third long ball in just seven games this season. The first baseman went yard a career-high 29 times last year, and it appears his power surge has carried over. He's slashing .345/.441/.609 with seven RBI and six runs scored through 34 plate appearances in 2022.

Joc Pederson - Scores twice, steals bag Pederson went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a steal in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Guardians.
Impact Pederson scored on an error in the fourth inning and was brought in again in the sixth on a Thairo Estrada double. He also swiped a bag before scoring his second run, his first steal since June 29 of last season. The lefty slugger is hitting .364 with five runs and six strikeouts through 22 at-bats.

Impact Wood never found himself in much danger Sunday; only two Guardians reached scoring position and he gave up just one extra-base hit. He tossed 59 of 87 pitches for strikes and forced eight whiffs. The 31-year-old southpaw is now sporting a 1.93 ERA through 9.1 innings. Wood is expected to take the mound in Washington next week.

Impact Tillo was granted an unconditional release by the Royals on Wednesday, but it didn't take him long to find a new organization. He has yet to pitch above Double-A in his career, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him start with Double-A Richmond.

While he's hit no higher than seventh, his fairly consistent presence in the lineup and solid hitting make him a reliable option in fantasy.

Impact Rogers continues to do his best work in a setup role. He's already earned four holds in five appearances, though he also took a loss in the lone outing he's given up a run. The right-hander has historically been more of a groundball pitcher, so it's not surprising to see him post a 3:0 K:BB across 4.2 innings. As long as his performance is steady, he'll see high-leverage work, but he shouldn't be expected to pitch very often in the ninth inning.

Impact Belt recorded his fourth multi-hit performance of the campaign and made his presence felt in the fifth inning when his single to center brought both Thairo Estrada and Steven Duggar home. The veteran first baseman also scored the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth following an RBI groundout from Wilmer Flores. Belt has not been facing lefties this season but is making the most of his opportunities so far, as he's hitting .375 (9-for-24) in 2022.

Jake McGee - Picks up first save of season McGee earned the save Saturday against the Guardians after tossing a scoreless ninth inning, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out one.
Impact McGee pitched in the ninth inning for the first time this season and while he got the job done, it wasn't easy. Needing to protect a two-run lead, McGee gave up a single to Josh Naylor and walked Owen Miller before finding himself with runners on the corners and just one out. However, he struck out Oscar Mercado and retired Myles Straw on a groundout to record his first save of the campaign. While McGee was expected to be the leading alternative on what seems to be a committee-based approach for closing duties, the Giants have been mixing and matching relievers -- meaning McGee's upside should be the one of a late-inning option rather than the one of a true closer.

Impact Leone has now tossed three straight scoreless outings, allowing one hit and striking out five with no walks during that span. He already has one win, one hold and one save through four outings, and while he might not be a primary candidate for save situations, he should be in line for high-leverage work -- especially if he can continue pitching like this going forward.
