ImpactThis was just the third time all year Kirby has walked multiple batters. He heads into the All-Star break with seven straight quality starts, though he's gone 2-2 in that span due to a continued lack of run support. Kirby owns an excellent 3.29 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 116:13 K:BB through 117.2 innings over 20 starts this season.

Mickey Moniak - Notches steal SaturdayMoniak went 1-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Mariners.

ImpactMoniak has swung a hot bat in July, going 11-for-37 (.297) over 10 games this month. Four of those hits have gone for extra bases, and he's added five RBI and six runs. The outfielder is slashing .211/.255/.333 with five home runs, six steals, 28 RBI and 27 runs scored through 77 contests overall, and he should maintain a starting role in center field until Mike Trout (knee) is able to return.

ImpactThis was Estevez's first save since June 28, though that was due to a lack of opportunity. He's riding a 15-inning scoreless streak in which he has a 14:1 K:BB and just three hits allowed. The closer is up to 17 saves in 20 chances while pitching to a 2.61 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 31:4 K:BB through 31 innings this season.

ImpactSoriano picked up his first win in three starts since he returned from an abdominal infection. While the four walks were his most in his last eight starts, he was able limit the damage and come away with the win in the low-scoring contest. The right-hander is now at a 3.71 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 72:34 K:BB through 87.1 innings over 17 appearances (15 starts) this season. Soriano threw 87 pitches (59 strikes) Saturday and should be clear for a full workload in the second half.
