Didi Gregorius - Inks MiLB deal with SeattleGregorius signed a minor-league contract with the Mariners on Thursday, Russell Dorsey of Bally Sports reports.
ImpactGregorius signed with Algodoneros de Union Laguna of the Mexican League on May 2 and has since recorded a 1.208 OPS with 11 homers. He will serve as an organizational depth piece in Triple-A Tacoma, but the 33-year-old shortstop could work his way onto the Mariners' bench if he continues to hit the cover off the ball. Gregorius slashed .210/.263/.304 through 232 plate appearances with the Phillies last season.

ImpactCederlind was released by the Pirates at the end of May, just as he completed his recovery from a lingering elbow injury. Penn Murfee - Another strong rehab showingMurfee (elbow) fired 1.1 scoreless innings during which he issued a walk and recorded a strikeout in Triple-A Tacoma's win over Reno on Wednesday.
ImpactMurfee was sharp for the second time in as many rehab appearances, earning the win in the process. The right-hander worked up to 26 pitches, pounding 15 in for strikes. With 2.1 scoreless, hitless frames under his belt already with the Rainiers, Murfee may only need one or two more appearances on the farm to convince the Mariners he's ready for activation.

Dylan Moore - Active in season debutMoore, just activated from a season-long stay on the injured list Tuesday, entered Wednesday's loss to the Padres as a defensive replacement in the seventh inning and drew two walk...
ImpactMoore swapped in for Eugenio Suarez at third base and subsequently came around to score Seattle's first run in the eighth, albeit after the Mariners were already down 10-0. The versatile utility asset should see fairly regular playing time moving forward considering his ability to fill in at every position except catcher.
