Josh Smith - Headed to Double-ASmith was promoted to Double-A Frisco on Wednesday, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.
ImpactSmith was part of the trade in which Joey Gallo was traded from the Rangers to the Yankees in late July. The 24-year-old has appeared in nine games at High-A Hickory, and he slashed .295/.367/.432 with a home run, three doubles, 10 runs, seven RBI and two stolen bases.

Justin Foscue - Promoted to Double-AFoscue was promoted to Double-A Frisco on Wednesday, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.
ImpactFoscue returned from the 7-day minor-league injured list July 11 and has slashed .358/.458/.938 with 12 home runs, a triple, nine doubles, 29 RBI, 26 runs and a stolen base in 20 games since then. A spot at Double-A Frisco opened up after six players were placed on the injured list due to contact tracing Wednesday, but the 22-year-old will presumably remain at Double-A on a long-term basis given his recent performance.
