Third in Food City 500 Keselowski finished third in the Food City 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway Sunday afternoon.
Impact Keselowski's reversal of his slow start to the season would continue in the Food City 500. He would qualify mid-pack, but have little trouble driving to the front. The owner/driver of the No. 6 Ford would penetrate the Top 5 by the end of stage 1 and would remain there the rest of the afternoon. Keselowski would do good work holding off Alex Bowman in the closing laps to secure the impressive third-place finish. It was his second-consecutive week finishing inside the Top 5.

Top-5 Finish in Phoenix Keselowski finished fourth in the Shriners Children's 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Phoenix Raceway Sunday afternoon.
Impact The owner/driver of the No. 6 Ford shook off some recent Phoenix struggles and turned in a good performance Sunday in the Shriners Children's 500. Keselowski started mid-pack in the field and would have to complete a lot of passes to get inside the Top 10. He'd shore up that track position in stage 2 and climb even further during stage 3. Good pit strategy would also aid the drive forward and Keselowski would advance inside the Top 5 to finish fourth at Phoenix Raceway. It was his first Top 5 of the season.
