Third at the Monster Mile Elliott finished third in the Drydene 400 at Dover International Speedway Sunday afternoon. Impact It was quite an afternoon for the Hendrick Motorsports team at the Monster Mile. Elliott would be a big part of the team's sweeping the Top 4 spots. Despite starting from the rear of the field, Elliott would quickly charge to the front. By the end of the first stage he was all the way up to fourth-place. From there he'd be a Top 5 driver the rest of the day and cruise to the strong third-place finish. It was Elliott's fifth Top 5 of the season and extends his current Top-10 streak to three races.
