Impact Bell tied his best finish of the season with a strong performance Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 20 Toyota would race in the Top 10 early, but fall back in the field as stronger cars made their way forward. Bell would avoid the two multi-car accidents and work his way inside the Top 5 late. Bell would out-duel Tyler Reddick on the final lap and secure a strong third-place finish. It was his third Top 5 of the season.

Impact Bell looked good in the early-going, but he'd run into trouble during a mid-race restart. On lap 88 as the field took the green flag, and huge 10-car accident would break out at the start line and collect among it's victim's Bell's No. 20 Toyota. The damage to several cars would be extensive, Bell's among them. He'd be retired for the day and collect the disappointing DNF. Bell will look to rebound next week as the Cup Series heads to Las Vegas.
