Impact Carter will slide into the shooting guard spot alongside Jrue Holiday in the backcourt. With Pat Connaughton (calf) and Khris Middleton (knee) sidelined, Carter should be in line for a hefty workload Thursday. In 30 appearances with as a starter, Carter has averaged 8.1 points, 3.2 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals across 26.9 minutes.

Impact Carter came into Monday averaging just 5.0 points on 41.2 percent shooting across 15.3 minutes over his previous four contests, so there was little reason for him to be on any fantasy radars, even as a streamer. However, the fifth-year point guard did well with a bit of an expanded opportunity, finishing as one of two Milwaukee reserves with double-digit scoring and tying for the team lead with three three-pointers. Carter also pulled down five boards and added three assists, a significant improvement over the 1.7 rebounds and 1.6 dimes he had been averaging across his first 18 contests since the calendar turned to 2023.

Impact It was an impressive performance given how little court time he got, but neither team seemed interested in playing much defense. However, Carter had just three points in 30 minutes across the last three games, and while the journeyman guard has shown glimpses of fantasy utility at times this season, he's little more than a DFS dart throw now that the Bucks' roster is close to full strength.
