Plans to sign with Milwaukee Carter plans to sign with the Bucks on Thursday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Impact Carter, who was waived by the Nets to make room for Goran Dragic, will clear waivers on Wednesday and is expected to join former Brooklyn teammate DeAndre' Bembry in Milwaukee. The Bucks traded away Donte DiVincenzo ahead of the deadline in exchange for Serge Ibaka, but since the move, their once plentiful backcourt depth has been riddled with injuries. Pat Connaughton (finger), Grayson Allen (hip) and George Hill (neck) were all sidelined heading into the All-Star break, but Allen and Hill are expected to be available sooner rather than later while Connaughton is out for at least a month. In the meantime, Carter is expected to compete with two-way guard Lindell Wigginton for backup minutes behind Jrue Holiday.
