Anthony Edwards - Splendiferous two-way performance Edwards contributed 30 points (10-20 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 8-14 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and four steals over 40 minutes during Friday's 123-114 loss to the Bucks.
Impact Edwards was everywhere on both ends of the floor, putting up a 30-10 double-double to go with six combined steals and blocks. While managers have to be thrilled with his contributions, his efficiency from the charity stripe was once again a major issue. He ended 8-of-14 from the line but was at one point 1-of-6. Until Karl-Anthony Towns returns from his calf injury, Edwards should continue firing up as many shots as he likes, meaning a sell-high opportunity could be looming.

Luka Garza - Puts up season-high 16 points Garza amassed 16 points (5-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds and one assist over 18 minutes during Friday's 123-114 loss to the Bucks.
Impact Garza came from nowhere Friday, putting up easily his best line of the season. With Rudy Gobert a late scratch due to illness, Garza assumed the role of backup center, tallying more points than he has across all games played this season. Gobert is unlikely to be sidelined for too long, meaning this should be viewed as the epitome of a flash in the pan.

Naz Reid - Posts 16-and-7 in spot start Reid produced 16 points (7-19 FG, 2-8 3Pt), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 30 minutes during Friday's 123-114 loss to the Bucks.
Impact Reid moved back into the starting lineup after Rudy Gobert was ruled out due to illness, putting together another strong performance. Despite his role changing from one night to the next, Reid has been a relatively steady source of points, rebounds and blocks over the past two weeks. Even if Gobert is to return for their next game, Reid is worth holding onto, at least until Gobert can establish himself as the dominant center in the rotation.

Kyle Anderson - Quiet in return Friday Anderson had seven points (3-5 FG, 1-3 FT), one rebound and four assists in 23 minutes during Friday's 123-114 loss to Milwaukee.
Impact Anderson returned after missing five straight games with a back injury, sliding straight into the starting lineup. While he was able to play for 23 minutes, it did not translate into tangible production. Until Karl-Anthony Towns returns from his calf injury, Anderson is likely to remain a key piece for the Timberwolves. He is worth considering if you need a player who can chip in across multiple categories, albeit on low volume.
