Zion Williamson - Could need second surgery Williamson may require a second procedure to address complications in his recovery from right foot surgery, Christian Clark of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. Impact Clark writes that the surgery is "possible" but "nothing has been decided," so fantasy managers shouldn't panic just yet. However, this is another less-than-encouraging update on the 2019 No. 1 overall pick, who has yet to play in a single game this season. Earlier this month, the Pelicans said Williamson will be set for further imaging on his foot in the coming weeks, but he remains without a firm timetable to resume practicing, much less make a return to game action. After the All-Star break, roughly seven weeks will remain in the regular season, so Williamson may be running out of time to make a fantasy impact in 2021-22.
