Impact Bryant stepped into the starting five in place of Anthony Davis (foot), who is likely to be sidelined for at least the next month. At least for one game, Bryant acquitted himself well as Davis' replacement, as he came through with a double-double and slammed home the game-winning bucket with 7.1 seconds remaining. During his time as the Wizards' starting center during the 2018-19 through 2020-21 seasons, Bryant showcased a fantasy-friendly skill set, so he should make for a strong pickup while Davis is on the shelf. The Lakers' remaining options at center (Damian Jones and Wenyen Gabriel) aren't likely to present major threats to Bryant's standing atop the depth chart.
