Won't need surgery Coach Kevin Stefanski said Walker (knee) will be sidelined "a week plus" but won't require surgery, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.
Impact Walker could potentially return to practice by the end of training camp. It's good to see the soon-to-be 26-year-old has avoided a worst-case scenario, though it is unfortunate that he'll need to miss a significant amount of practice, at the very least. If Walker can't earn more than a rotational role in Cleveland's linebacker corps, it will be difficult for him to achieve fantasy relevancy.

Injures knee in practice Walker injured his right knee during Monday's practice, Marla Ridenour of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Impact Walker's injury appeared to be a cramp, per Ridenour, and he was unable to finish practice after limping off the field. He'll be considered day-to-day until further notice.
