Impact After a nearly three-week absence, Winters has finally returned to practice. The Cardinals may want to get him some work during the final preseason game Saturday, but they also may elect to bring him back slowly. Winters appeared in all 16 games -- nine starts -- for the Bills last season and will compete with Justin Murray for the starting spot with the Cardinals.
