Cole Kmet - Targeted three times Kmet caught two of three targets for 32 yards in the Bears' 33-14 win over the Patriots on Monday.
Impact Although Kmet has played at least 90 percent of the snaps in each of the last five games, he's been targeted no more than four times in any of those contests. With just 148 yards and no touchdowns through Week 7, he'll continue to have limited upside unless the Chicago offense begins to throw the ball more often.

Equanimeous St. Brown - Leads team in targets St. Brown caught four passes for 48 yards in the Bears' 33-14 win over the Patriots on Monday.
Impact St. Brown had been targeted just six times over the previous four games, and the seven targets he had against New England led him to his first game with more than 40 yards this season. After playing more than 80 percent of the snaps over the first four games of the year, he's leveled off at just over 60 percent of the snaps since Week 5. His lack of consistent target volume gives him a low weekly scoring floor, and unless he begins to see more targets, he'll remain a risky fantasy option.

Impact Herbert earned only two touches fewer than Montgomery, with both looking effective in Chicago's win. He had two rushes that went for more than 10 yards, though his performance was highlighted by a 25-yard touchdown reception late in the first half. Herbert remains the secondary back in Chicago, though it appears the team may be willing to give Herbert a more consistent chance to produce moving forward.

Justin Fields - Improved form continues Fields completed 13 of 21 passes for 179 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Monday's 33-14 win over the Patriots. He added 14 carries for 82 yards and a touchdown.
Impact Fields led the Bears' offense to a big performance with both his arm and legs. He found Darnell Mooney for several big gains in the first half and connected with Cole Kmet for 26 yards midway through the second quarter on a drive that ultimately ended in a field goal. With both a passing and rushing score, Fields managed only his second multi-touchdown performance of the season. Most importantly from a fantasy perspective, Fields remained aggressive on both designed runs and scrambles and has now tallied at least 50 yards on the ground in three of his last four contests. After a slow start to the season, Fields has become the focal point of Chicago's offense in recent weeks.

Despite the disappointing close to the game, Mooney has topped 50 receiving yards in four consecutive games after combining to post 27 yards across the first three contests of the campaign.

Impact The Bears' backfield came very close to an even split, as Montgomery out-touched Khalil Herbert only 15-13. Montgomery ran fairly effectively, though the majority of his production came early in the fourth quarter on a drive during which he tallied his longest rush of the day -- 12 yards -- and also found the end zone from one yard away. With the performance, Montgomery topped 60 rushing yards in a game for only the second time this season, and he appears to be headed for a split in workload with Herbert moving forward.
