Chris Williams - Traded to Chicago Williams was traded to the Bears on Saturday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Impact Chicago flipped a sixth-round pick to Cleveland for Williams and a seventh rounder, per Mayer. The defensive tackle will try to stick with the Bears through cutdown day Tuesday. Williams entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Colts in 2020 and appeared in 13 games between 2021 and '22.

Larry Borom - Hurts ankle in preseason finale Borom suffered an ankle injury in Thursday night's preseason win over the Chiefs, Scott Bair of the Bears' official site reports.
