Zack Moss - Finds end zone again Moss rushed the ball 15 times for 51 yards in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers. He added four catches on four targets for 27 yards and a touchdown.
Impact The Bengals came out very aggressive through the air, which limited Moss' to only four carries for eight yards through two quarters. While that mark doubled Chase Brown, the duo's usage near the goal line was interesting as Brown relieved Moss at the goal line for the team's first touchdown of the day. Just before halftime, Moss was then used at the goal line and caught a one-yard touchdown. With a lead in the second half, the Bengals used their backs evenly -- a departure from the usage that favored Moss through the first three weeks of the season. While that may be a concerning sign for him as the season progresses, Moss has three total touchdowns on the season and has topped 60 yards from scrimmage in three of four contests.

Tee Higgins - Earns 10 targets Higgins recorded six receptions on 10 targets for 60 yards in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers.
Impact Higgins has commanded 16 targets through two games this season, though he's yet to turn that into standout performances. He was effective for the Bengals on Sunday by tallying four catches of 10 or more yards, though his longest gain was only 12 yards. Higgins has traditionally been a deep threat in the Cincinnati offense, so his production should tick up in the coming weeks.

Joe Burrow - Efficient in first victory of 2024 Burrow completed 22 of 31 passes for 232 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers. He added one rush for 10 yards.
Impact Burrow led the Bengals to three touchdown drives in the first half, two of which he concluded with passing scores. The highlight came on a 63-yard touchdown to Ja'Marr Chase, who picked up the majority of his yardage after the catch. Burrow attempted only 12 passes in the second half due to game script, which ultimately limited his numbers. However, he now has multiple scores in each of his past three games and has topped 250 yards on two occasions in that span. Things will get trickier for him in a Week 5 divisional showdown with the Ravens.

Ja'Marr Chase - Long TD makes day Chase recorded three catches on six targets for 85 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Panthers.
Impact Chase was surprisingly relatively uninvolved in the offense, as Tee Higgins drew 10 targets and also led the team in receptions. However, Chase had the most impactful performance of the day thanks primarily to a 63-yard touchdown, during which he bounced off at least three potential tacklers over the middle of the field before sprinting down the sideline for the long score. After a modest start to the season, Chase has nine receptions for 203 yards and three touchdowns combined across the last two contests.

Trey Hendrickson - Suffers stinger vs. Panthers Head coach Zac Taylor said after Sunday's 34-24 game against the Panthers that Hendrickson is dealing with a neck stinger, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Hendrickson collided with teammate Sam Hubbard on a pass rush during the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. Hendrickson was able to walk off the field under his own power, but the injury does put his availability for Week 5 against the Ravens on Oct. 6 in jeopardy. The Bengals' first injury report Wednesday will provide some clarity on Hendrickson's status for that AFC North showdown.

Trey Hendrickson - Won't return Sunday Hendrickson has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Panthers due to a neck injury, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Impact Hendrickson injured his neck on a pass-rush attempt in the fourth quarter. He was checked on by trainers for several minutes, but he was able to walk off the field under his own power. The severity of Hendrickson's injury should be more clear following the conclusion of Sunday's contest. Joseph Ossai and Cedric Johnson will see more snaps at defensive end opposite starter Sam Hubbard.

Impact Hill was considered doubtful for the matchup, so his game status doesn't come as too much of a surprise. With Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) also out, the Bengals will be depleted in the middle of their defensive line. Zachary Carter, Jay Tufele and Kris Jenkins will all likely need to step up there against the Carolina.
